I was talking to my husbands work employee the other day about what he had chosen for satellite service.  See he had been trying to decide for weeks as to which company to go with.  I kept encouraging him to make some phone calls to see which one he would prefer.  He was hesitant because he really does not like to talk on the phone.  I did say in order for him to make an educated decision as to if he should chose direct vs dish tv he really needed to get over those fears and pick up the phone and make the call.
