How many of us have tried the million and one diets out there to lose belly fat?  The next question in order would be, did they work?  Any weight I lost through dieting, whether it was 10, 15, and even 20 pounds, I ended up gaining that weight back.  I think it is time for another approach such as working out for fat loss.  Finding the best workouts for losing fat is part of my new goal for this new year.  I am going to probably stop at the local ymca because I noticed a sign today which they are offering 1 week free trial membership.
