My family had the unfortunate experience of being in a car accident that totalled our car. While no one was hurt in the accident, thankfully, the car was I mentioned, totalled. We had insurance but since the car was still relatively new we ended up having to pay out of our pocket to cover the damage. We learned that there is a gap coverage that we should have had to cover this type of event. I need to know if there is something like that with motorcycle insurane cost as well because I do not want to be in that position again in the event of a motorcycle accident.
