There have been a few things happening in our condo units this year that make me believe that we should be expecting a major hike in our dues over the next few years. Our association is relatively new and while we are already being charged what I think is a considerable amount of money, we have had some issues with the condominium association insurance that may make the premium go up. Do we need to shop around for a new management company to better take care of our funds or is this the best that we can do for our monthly dues in the association?
