Jorge and Jean wanted to buy a duplex to let. Jean has been looking online for the right duplex. They have not decided if they would move into one of the homes or if they would rent out both. Jorge told Jean that they could decide that after they found a duplex that they agreed on buying. Jean agreed and then decided that they should compare rates for duplex insurance. Jorge told Jean that was a good idea and told her to see if she could find a service where they could get several quotes to compare. Jean searched for a service and found the one they needed.
