I got a call from my attorney who I hadn’t heard from for about two days. She is an accident lawyer that was referred to me by my mom when I slipped in the supermarket. My lawyer advised me that she had already called the supermarket and followed up with my doctor. She also said that the supermarket agreed on a settlement and that they didn’t want to go to court. They are not disputing whether not my slip was revealed they just want to handle it as quick as possible. That was good news to me. I thought that my lawyer handled my case well.
