My cousin is a little loony.  She just bought a nuwave oven and she wants to start using it without even reading the owner’s manual that came with it.  Not only that she doesn’t even want to use the pans that came with the thing.  I told her she needed to always use the pans that came with it or the Nuwave Oven wouldn’t cook your food correctly.  The food would come out not browning correctly.  I said that their pans where especially designed with low lips around the edges and that is what makes the food cooks right. She didn’t listen and her food turned out terribly.
