I just hired a new employee. The only reason that I hired him was because he had been trained at the Denver bartending school. I am so tired of hiring people and then having to train them for the entire job. I have a friend who has hired students from this school and he has always been happy with them. I am really hoping that this guy works out because I need a good employee right now. I have just had four people quit on me. I do not want to spend any more time hiring new people and having to train them.
