When I was in the store with one of my friends, he told me that he needed to pick up some fire proofing spray.  I asked him why he needed it, and he said that he was building a recording studio in his garage, and he was going to have a lot of electronics running in there, so he wanted to spray it all in case anything should happen.  I told him that it sounded like a pretty good idea.  I had an uncle that had had his studio burn down.  I asked him if he needed any help with it, and he told me that he would.
