I admit I’m the new guy around here. I get a lot of the menial jobs, including answering the phones when everyone else is really busy. I don’t mind all that much because I know that if I prove myself at this level, I can only move up. And that’s where I’m  headed, to the top, someday. It took me a little while to understand how our new ip phone system works, but once I got the hang of it, answering calls is much easier. It lights up clearer and there is no fussiness over the lines. It seems to me this is a good system for this business, and I’m a good employee for this business. Hopefully they will appreciate us both.
