How do I get a really cool avatar like you have?

Use the My Profile menu item above. Click "Modify Avatar" on the left menu.

From here, there are two ways you can go. One is to click the "Click Here to Select an Avatar" link. Click the folder "eowavatars" and pick one from the galary. The other way is to host the image yourself, and link to it off-site. Enter the URL to the avatar image in the text field and click the Update button on the right.

Bear in mind, your avatar must be 150 x 150 or smaller.
