Increasingly, America's populace believes it is improper, and even abusive to spank children. Here at Eye on Whatcom, we are interested in solutions rather than problems, so we have been devising other methods to control our kids when they have one of "those moments," and we believe we have hit on a workable solution.

This new, and effective method involves little more than taking the child for a car ride and a very frank talk about our mutual problem. We have found that the child almost always calms down and stops misbehaving after our car ride together.

I've included a photo below of one of my sessions with my son, in case you would like to use this technique with your own children.
