Why do some people have that cool little EW Icon on their browser address, but I don't?That's known as a "Favorite Icon" and it is likely that you connected to, or logged into the site before we had the FavIcon.ico file in place. It was not a high priority, but as time allows we are adding new features, like this little icon.
So, what's happening is, your browser has cached the default icon, and will continue to show it until you dump your cache. So, what the heck does that mean? Well, in order to speed things up for internet users, your browser will cache graphics files on your local drive so that you don't have to download them every time you visit a page. So, when you visit Eye on Whatcom, or any other site, as the web page begins to load, the browser will see what graphics need to be downloaded, and then check to see if it already has those files on your local hard drive. If it has a local graphic, it will save time by loading that, rather than downloading it from our site.
To dump your cache...

2. Choose the General tab.
