Now, that the cat is out of the bag, I'd like to give my respect and thanks to Chet Dow, outgoing chair of the Whatcom County Republican party. Chet has poured his heart, soul and energies into tireless work on behalf of the party, and endured much while doing so, all the while enduring like a gentleman. It has been an honor to work alongside Chet, and I am proud to count him among my friends.
