Jake Locker is coming to the Bells Options

I know Jake is noted mostly (these days) for his Football at the UW. But the young man is a heck of a baseball player, and he signed with the Bells for the Summer. Come on out and support the Bells this Summer!

I watch the Bells many times every summer.
Tony Larsen has always persisted in trying to get me to buy season tickets.
Maybe this year I will have to do so, even if Tony has sold the Bells.

I know that Tony has sold the Bells to one of the Brett clan. Not George, but one of his brothers.
Should be interesting. Should be fun. I'm not a big fan of cluck, however. I figure since we're in whatcom county we should have a sockeye!

It will be nice to see "little" Jake in the red and blue!!!!

    Hey, DJ, you want a laugh?
    Come to Joe Martin Stadium and watch me play for the Bellingham Dodgers in the Borderline League.
    We are an 28+ league with players even in thier early sixties!

    My Kids and the Kids that I have coached call us the Old Farts League, and come to heckle their old coach. It's fun.Point and laugh!

    In Seattle/ Everett area there are 38+ 48+ 58+ Divisions, but that is way too far for me to travel.

    Anyway, I wonder if Jake will play centerfield or pitch for the Bells?

    Season Tickets is sounding good! I have my favorie seats, I might as well reserve 'em for the season.
    Attendence last year was pretty good most of the games that I went to. No local kids played last year.

    I suspect that with Jake playing, the Locker clan will probably have a whole section...

    Hey,
    I play baseball at Joe Martin Stadium,
    But no -one ever comes to watch us old guys play real baseball.

    I'm still looking forward to this season for the Bells, too.
    I think I might just Buy season tickets!
    It will be great to watch 2 local Ferndale boys playin' ball!
    Anyone know if there are any other local boys playin' this Year?
    If ya hafta ask
    ya'll never understand
