I got these photos in email, and if I understand the accompanying message correctly, a Kodak Brownie box camera was found in a footlocker belonging to a soldier on the USS QUAPAW ATF-11O, and it still had undeveloped film in it. When the film was developed this is what was found. Given the timeline, some of the photos are a little washed out, but it's amazing that film can sit in a camera like that for almost 67 years and still come out this well. Some of these are stunning.
